At Tell Tool Operations, CNC Machinists play a critical role in producing aerospace hardware while working with advanced 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling equipment in a quality-driven manufacturing environment. The Work You'll Be Doing In this role, you will: Set up and operate CNC milling machines Run production parts while maintaining aerospace quality standards Perform basic setups on 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machines Load tooling, enter offsets, and verify machine setups Read blueprints, operation sheets, and work instructions Perform first-piece inspections and in-process inspections Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances Troubleshoot machining issues and make process adjustments as needed Operate multiple machines of similar function when required Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping Complete production and quality documentation Maintain compliance with AS9100 and ISO9001 requirements This role is ideal for a machinist who enjoys hands-on setup work, precision machining, and working with complex aerospace components.
