Salesforce Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning, integrations, and Salesforce data management. Responsibilities Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL. Configure and enhance Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and security settings. Design and develop REST and SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external applications. Build scalable solutions using Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex. Develop reusable Lightning components and user interfaces using LWC. Perform data migration, cleansing, transformation, and bulk data operations using Salesforce tools. Implement Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy. Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and resolve production defects. Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, architects, QA teams, and other technical teams. Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and deployment methodologies. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development. Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. Experience developing Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processes. Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes. Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets. Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD deployment processes. Strong understanding of data migration and tools such as Data Loader. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, or Administrator. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud. Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, CRM, middleware, or third-party applications. Knowledge of MuleSoft or other integration platforms. Experience with automated testing and Salesforce deployment tools.
