Dental Assistant- North Park

About the role

Positive Impact Dental Alliance is seeking a dependable Dental Assistant to join our friendly, fast-paced North Park office in Oklahoma County. In this role, you will support dentists during a variety of procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and help patients feel comfortable throughout their visits. You will also take dental X-rays and impressions, maintain sterilization standards, assist with digital charting, and explain post-operative care instructions. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, comfortable using technology, and committed to delivering an excellent patient experience. Previous dental assisting experience or certification is preferred, but we are willing to train a motivated candidate who is eager to grow. What you'll do

• Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
• Take dental X-rays and impressions as authorized
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
• Update digital charts and patient records accurately
• Review post-operative instructions with patients

What you'll bring

• Dental assisting experience or relevant certification preferred
• X-ray certification or ability to obtain it
• Strong communication and patient service skills
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented approach
• Comfort with digital charting and dental technology
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team
