About the role

Associate Veterinarian (Full-Time or Part-Time) Harper Animal Hospital – Palatine, Illinois Harper Animal Hospital is looking to add a fourth full-time and/or part-time Associate Veterinarian to our established, three-doctor, AAHA-accredited small animal practice in Palatine, Illinois. For years, we have built our reputation on delivering high-quality medicine alongside exceptional client service. We are committed to fostering long-term relationships with our clients, patients, and community while maintaining a supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable work environment for our team. Our clients are highly invested in their pets' care and are willing to pursue recommended diagnostics and treatments. In addition, we maintain strong relationships with local specialists who provide ongoing support and collaboration.

What you'll bring

• DVM/VMD degree from an accredited veterinary college
• Illinois veterinary license (or ability to obtain before employment)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional medical care and client service
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases efficiently
• Collaborative and positive attitude
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate patient care
• Strong communication and client education skills

• Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $125,000 - $170,000

• Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive six-figure compensation package ranging from $125,000-$170,000 based on schedule and experience, along with: Health insurance
