At a Glance Company: HG Medical USA LLC Location: Holland, MI Job Type: Full-Time Pay Range: Competitive (based on experience) Shifts Available: A Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM B Shift: Sunday-Wednesday 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM (% shift premium) C Shift: Friday-Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (paid for 40 hours) D Shift: Thursday-Saturday 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (paid for 40 hours + 15% premium) Experience Level: Mid-Level Overtime: Built into select shift schedules Why This Role Exists HG Medical continues to grow its orthopedic implant and surgical instrument manufacturing operations to meet increasing demand in the medical device industry. This CNC Mill Operator role supports that growth by producing high-precision, complex components where quality, consistency, and repeatability are critical. Your work directly contributes to medical products that improve patient outcomes. The Work You'll Be Doing In this role, you will: Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines Machine complex components to tight tolerances in a regulated environment Load, run, and adjust CNC programs as needed Select tooling, offsets, and workholding to ensure optimal results Monitor cutting conditions and make adjustments to maintain accuracy Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area This is hands-on, precision machining - not production button-pushing.
