Position Details: Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) - Mercy Clinic Urology - Southfork 12700 Southfork Rd, Suite 215, St. Louis, MO 63128 Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday Day Shift What You'll Do As an Outpatient RN, you will play a key role in supporting patient care across the clinic by:Rooming patients, obtaining medical histories, and assessing patient conditionsPreparing patients for examinations and ensuring a safe, comfortable experienceAssisting providers with urology exams, procedures, and treatmentsAdministering injections (IM, subcutaneous, intradermal) and performing IV therapySupporting specialty procedures and assisting with lab and imaging needsManaging patient communication, including phone calls, MyMercy messages, and follow-up on test resultsCoordinating care and collaborating with providers and care team membersAccurately documenting clinical information, procedures, and coding in the electronic health recordMaintaining exam rooms, equipment, and medication safety in accordance with infection control standardsResponding to urgent situations and supporting emergency preparedness (including crash cart readiness)This role also includes a strong focus on patient education, communication, and follow-up, helping ensure patients feel supported and informed throughout their care journey.
