About the role

Roles and Responsibilities 
 Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Python. 
 Build and deploy document management and document capture applications incorporating OCR and Deep Learning capabilities. 
 Develop and maintain Machine Learning models and integrate them into enterprise applications. 
 Implement application components related to logging, caching, transaction management, and monitoring. 
 Develop solutions using multi-threading and concurrency techniques. 
 Perform application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization. 
 Create and maintain technical design documentation using UML. 
 Follow DevOps processes for application build, deployment, and release activities. 
 Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions. 
 Review, develop, and provide feedback on technical documentation. 
 Work collaboratively within an Agile project environment. 
 Ensure assigned tasks and deliverables are completed within established timelines. 
 Follow defined processes and maintain a strong attention to detail. 
 Apply knowledge of banking industry processes where applicable. 
 Required Qualifications 
 ~5+ years of experience in Python development. 
 ~ Strong hands-on experience with Python technologies and Machine Learning. 
 ~ Experience building and deploying enterprise applications for document management/document capture processes. 
 ~ Experience with OCR and Deep Learning technologies. 
 ~ Strong understanding of:

 ~ Transaction Management

 Experience creating software design documentation using UML.
