At a Glance Company: C&M Precision Tech Location: Hudson, New Hampshire Job Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $23.00 - $40.00/hr (based on experience) Shift Differential: % for 2nd shift Shift: 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM Schedule: 4-day work week (Fridays off) Experience Level: Operator / Setup / Team Lead (based on skillset) Why This Role Exists This role exists due to continued growth and increased production demand, including long-term programs supporting the aerospace and defense industries. C&M Precision Tech has recently launched a dedicated 2nd shift and is building a strong team of CNC machinists who take pride in precision, consistency, and craftsmanship. These roles are critical to maintaining throughput, quality, and on-time delivery across high-volume production programs.
