About the role

VertexCloud is hiring a Technical Writer to join our technology team in Seattle, WA. This is a remote role where you will work alongside experienced colleagues on work that reaches customers every day. We care more about how you think than where you went to school, and we support new team members with structured onboarding and a clear 90-day plan.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day technical writer work and see projects through from start to finish
• Partner with teammates across departments to keep work moving
• Document what you do so the team gets faster over time
• Raise problems early and help shape better ways of working

• Relevant experience in technology or a closely related field
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Comfort working with the tools and systems the role depends on
• Authorization to work in the United States
