About the role

Harborview Hospitality is hiring a Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team in Orlando, FL. This is a on-site role where you will work alongside experienced colleagues on work that reaches customers every day. We care more about how you think than where you went to school, and we support new team members with structured onboarding and a clear 90-day plan.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day hotel front desk agent work and see projects through from start to finish
• Partner with teammates across departments to keep work moving
• Document what you do so the team gets faster over time
• Raise problems early and help shape better ways of working
