Planner, Planning – Demand

About the role

Builds accurate, insight-driven demand forecasts that support service, inventory, and financial goals. Partners with marketing, sales, finance, supply planning, and operations to create reliable demand plans.

What you'll do

• Incorporate products, promotions, pricing changes, and events into demand forecasts
• Lead the monthly consensus forecasting process
• Analyze forecast accuracy and recommend inventory and service-level adjustments
• Conduct brand and item-mix analyses
• Track consumption, shipment, category, and industry trends
• Assess supply-chain impacts with supply planning partners
• Maintain and update the o9 forecasting system

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, operations, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, demand forecasting, supply planning, or a related area
• Excel proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to attend the office three days per week
