Position Details: SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE10,000 Sign On Bonus for full-time RNs with at least 1 year of experienceNO CONTRACTUnit Details:Bed Numbers: 18Nurse to Patient Ratio: 4:1 Patient Population: stepdown possible cardiovascular patient/ neurosurgical patients, cardiac drips set rates, some stable insulin drips, post procedural patients, cardioversions, bipap, airvo, chest tubes, post pacemaker insertions, post CABg patients, BLS/ ACLS, NIHSS, common diagnosis of CHF, COPD, CKDQualifications:Education : Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure : Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications: Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period. Must have ACLS and BLS or obtain within 90 days of hire. Why Mercy?
