About the role

Lead the Arizona College of Nursing campus in Fort Lauderdale, overseeing academic operations, student success, personnel, budgets, regulatory compliance, accreditation, and community relationships.

What you'll do

• Manage campus academic and operational functions
• Support academic deans and oversee student success resources
• Manage personnel, budgets, facilities, security, and emergency response
• Recruit, develop, and supervise campus teams
• Promote student engagement, success, and satisfaction
• Build relationships with community partners and stakeholders
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance
• Serve as the designated ABHES school director
• Maintain required campus records and reports

What you'll bring

• Master's degree or higher in leadership, education, healthcare, business, or a related field, or equivalent skills and experience
• Degree from an institution accredited by the US Secretary of Education or CHEA
• Three to five years of demonstrated operational leadership experience
• Ability to develop high-performing teams and manage campus resources
