Pick/Pack - North Aurora At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack role to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center, where you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Shift Patterns Friday to Monday 6:30 am to 5 pm Pay Rates 17.00 USD hourly Must-have Requirements for Pick/Pack Experience in a warehouse environment Role for Pick/Pack Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems with speed and high accuracy. Inspect merchandise for damage, pack items securely in shipping containers, and apply accurate shipping labels. Monitor stock levels, report damaged or missing inventory, and assist with periodic inventory counts. Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment according to carrier and customer specifications.
