At Tech-Max Machine, CNC Machinists play a critical role in producing precision parts for aerospace, industrial, and custom applications. This is not repetitive button-pushing - this role requires strong setup, machining knowledge, and pride in craftsmanship. The Work You'll Be Doing In this role, you will: Set up and operate CNC Mills and CNC Lathes Load, edit, and verify CNC programs Select tooling, set offsets, and verify setups Machine large, complex components to print Perform in-process and final inspections Interpret blueprints and GD&T Safely operate lifting and material-handling equipment Perform basic machine maintenance and housekeeping This role is hands-on, technical, and well-suited for experienced machinists who enjoy challenging work.
