The CNC Programmer ensures programs are efficient, repeatable, and capable of achieving first-article success in high-reliability manufacturing environments. The Work You'll Be Doing In this role, you will: Program complex 5-axis milling operations Program multi-axis CNC turning and mill-turn centers Develop and optimize toolpaths for tight tolerances and superior surface finishes Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T requirements Support first-article prove-outs and production troubleshooting Refine programs to improve cycle times and process stability Collaborate with machinists, quality, and engineering teams Support continuous improvement initiatives This is high-mix, high-precision work - not routine production programming.
