Bluepine Insurance is hiring a Underwriter, Small Business to join our finance team in Hartford, CT. This is a hybrid role where you will work alongside experienced colleagues on work that reaches customers every day. We care more about how you think than where you went to school, and we support new team members with structured onboarding and a clear 90-day plan.

• Own day-to-day underwriter, small business work and see projects through from start to finish
• Partner with teammates across departments to keep work moving
• Document what you do so the team gets faster over time
• Raise problems early and help shape better ways of working
