The Portfolio Manager serves as a strategic partner across the portfolio, working closely with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, Regional Leadership, Client Success, and Service Line teams to align priorities, navigate complexity, and ensure capabilities deliver measurable business value. The Portfolio Manager serves as an executive leader across the portfolio, connecting business priorities, product management, technology delivery, and adoption efforts. This individual brings a balanced blend of business acumen and technical expertise to facilitate decision-making, resolve competing priorities, identify emerging challenges and opportunities, and drive successful portfolio outcomes across a global environment. Your key responsibilities As a Portfolio Manager within the OneEdge platform, you will play a critical role in driving the success of one or more portfolio areas by connecting business priorities, product management, technology delivery, and adoption efforts. Working across regional and global stakeholders, you will help align priorities, identify and address business and technical challenges, and ensure capabilities are positioned for adoption across EY-Parthenon. Skills and attributes for success Partner across Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, Regional Leadership, and business stakeholders to align priorities, roadmaps, technology considerations, and business outcomes. Resolve competing business requirements, regional needs, technical constraints, and adoption priorities while maintaining alignment to OneEdge objectives. Maintain visibility across portfolio roadmaps, dependencies, risks, readiness activities, and adoption progress, driving timely resolution of issues impacting portfolio success. Identify technical risks, AI or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience. Significant experience in consulting, Data including leadership in Data and AI solutions, Experience designing, scaling, governing, or adopting enterprise platforms and technology-enabled business capabilities. Knowledge of AI, data platforms, cloud ecosystems, integration architecture, cybersecurity principles, and modern digital operating models. Experience coordinating complex portfolios across multiple products, regions, service lines, or business domains. Track record of driving platform adoption, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes at scale. Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $250,000 to $290,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
