What We Offer Comprehensive Benefits: We provide a robust benefits package for full-time, permanent employees, including health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans with company match, paid time off, parental leave, and an annual education drive each partner to grow their Trulioo revenue over the prior year and be accountable for hitting that expansion target. Build and review pipeline. Partner with each reseller to build, review, and progress their Trulioo pipeline; run regular pipeline reviews to inspect deals, remove blockers, and hold forecast accountability. Train partner sales teams. Deliver onboarding and ongoing sales enablement so partner reps can confidently position, pitch, and sell Trulioo's KYC, KYB, and AML solutions to their customers. Identify new opportunities within each partner. Continuously map each partner's business to uncover new use cases, product fits, and expansion paths for Trulioo. Be the voice of the partner internally. Represent partner needs and market feedback to Product, Marketing, and GTM teams to shape roadmap, packaging, and enablement. What You'll Bring: 7+ years in partner success, channel account management, strategic account management, or partner/channel sales, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or identity/fraud/compliance solutions. A demonstrated track record of growing a portfolio of partners or accounts and hitting revenue growth or expansion targets. Hands-on experience with the full account management motion: pipeline building and review, co-selling, sales enablement/training, QBRs, and upselling into an existing base. Experience managing relationships with technical, API-driven products, and comfort partnering with technical teams and translating between commercial and technical stakeholders. Strong consultative relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust at both the practitioner and executive level. Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency with CRM and partner/customer management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms). Comfort operating independently in a remote, fast-moving environment across North American time zones. Nice to Have: Direct experience with identity verification, fraud prevention, KYC/KYB/AML, or regulatory compliance solutions. Familiarity with identity orchestration, risk decisioning, or onboarding platforms and how they resell or embed third-party verification solutions. Experience owning both retention and expansion targets within a partner or channel motion. An established network across fintech, banking, or digital commerce. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
