Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes and report management. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CoStar Create or setup new transaction types within the application. Skills: Strong technical skills: Expert proficiency in CoStar reporting, development, application setup IT knowledge: Experience in troubleshooting application issues Analytical skills: Ability to create and manage reports to track transactions. Documentation skills: Experience in drafting SOPs for new processes and report management. Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in transaction setup and reporting.
