About the role

Preschool teacher role creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment in collaboration with the Hainesport Township School District. The teacher will deliver age-appropriate instruction, monitor student progress, and support children's academic and developmental growth.

What you'll do

• Implement small-group instruction based on individual student needs
• Develop and execute age-appropriate lesson plans using Creative Curriculum
• Conduct parent conferences to discuss student progress
• Use instructional strategies that enhance student learning
• Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment

What you'll bring

• Valid New Jersey Preschool through Grade 3 teaching certificate
• Knowledge of early childhood subject matter and effective teaching methods
• Ability to support students, including those with developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of proven instructional strategies
• Successful criminal history background check
• Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
• Compliance with mandated health and training requirements
