Capital Markets Associate Attorney Locations: Boston, MA, Philadelphia, PA, New York, NY, Washington, DC Hybrid Our client, a prestigious global AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Capital Markets Associate Attorney to join its sophisticated Corporate Finance experience with 1933 Act ETFs is a plus. Demonstrated experience serving as a key member of deal teams, including managing significant aspects of transactions from due diligence through closing. Large law firm experience strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Represent issuers, underwriters, placement agents, and sponsors in a broad range of capital markets and securities transactions Draft, review, and negotiate offering documents, disclosure materials, and transaction agreements Advise clients on federal securities law compliance, ongoing reporting obligations, and regulatory considerations Play a central role in executing IPOs, debt offerings, private placements, and other complex financings Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to support seamless domestic and cross-border transactions Why Join Us?
