About the role

Position Highlights: Hospital-employed Nocturnist opportunity at St. Joseph s Hospital. 7-on / 7-off rotation with 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM 7:00 AM). Weekends are included as part of the 7-on/7-off schedule. No additional on-call requirements beyond scheduled overnight shifts. Closed ICU overnight rounding on Hospitalist patients. High-acuity inpatient setting with strong subspecialty support. Physician-led governance structure with a collegial Hospitalist team. Opportunity to work in a well-established hospital environment with EPIC EMR. Key Responsibilities: Provide overnight inpatient coverage (7:00 PM 7:00 AM). Perform admissions and manage hospitalized patients. Conduct comprehensive history and physical examinations. Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition. Collaborate with subspecialists and multidisciplinary teams. Coordinate appropriate discharge planning and follow-up care. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered inpatient care. Compensation
