Pick/Pack - North Aurora Introduction At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack role to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora, IL. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center where you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Shift Patterns Tuesday to Saturday, 4 pm to 12:30 am Pay Rates 18.00 USD hourly Essential Requirements Experience in a warehouse environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift packages weighing up to 40–50 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily productivity goals Role Responsibilities Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems Inspect merchandise for damage and pack items securely for shipment Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts Build, wrap, and stage pallets according to specifications Maintain a clean and organized workstation Location North Aurora.
