Location: Montrose, PA Job Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $20 - $35 per hour (based on experience) Shift: Day shift Overtime: As needed Experience Level: Mid to Senior Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (ITAR environment - no visa sponsorship) Why This Role Exists This role exists due to ongoing workload and long-term program stability across aerospace, medical, and defense customers. At Golis Machine, CNC Machinists play a critical role in producing tight-tolerance, small precision components, where quality, consistency, and attention to detail matter just as much as cycle time. This is not button-pushing work - it's real machining. The Work You'll Be Doing In this role, you will: Set up and operate CNC milling and turning centers Machine small, high-precision parts to tight tolerances Load, adjust, and run CNC programs as required Select tooling, offsets, and workholding Perform in-process and first-article inspections Work closely with quality and production teammates Maintain a clean, organized, professional work area You'll be trusted to manage your work and contribute to continuous improvement.
